Paradise Residential Complex is developed on a 2,092-square-meter site, with a total built-up area of 11,726 square meters. The project consists of ten above-ground floors and three basement levels. The basement levels accommodate parking, storage, and building services, while the ground floor is allocated to the lobby and a multipurpose hall.
